• Logos, brands, and visual identities
• Texts, concepts, and artistic directions

are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code (Articles L.111-1 et seq.) and constitute works of the mind under French legislation and international conventions.

These creations are the exclusive property of Studio Youenn B. and/or their respective clients. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of Youenn B. or the rights holder, is strictly prohibited.

Copyright and Work Protection

In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code (Articles L.111-1 et seq.), the author of a work of the mind enjoys, by the sole fact of its creation, an exclusive incorporeal property right enforceable against all.

This copyright includes:

• Moral rights: right to authorship, respect for the integrity of the work, right of disclosure (Articles L.121-1 to L.121-9)
• Economic rights: right of reproduction, right of representation, resale right (Articles L.122-1 to L.122-12)

Terms of Use for Images and Videos

Any use of works created by Youenn B. is subject to prior written authorization. It is strictly forbidden to:

• Reproduce, copy, or download images and videos without authorization
• Distribute, publish, or share these works on any medium
• Use these creations for commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes
• Modify, crop, alter, or create derivative works
• Remove or hide credit mentions and signatures
• Integrate these works into databases or artificial intelligence systems

The display of works on this site does not constitute a transfer of rights, even implicitly. Any request for use must be subject to a specific license agreement.

All images and visual works presented on this site are protected by copyright in accordance with the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and international agreements (TRIPS).

This protection extends automatically to all signatory countries of international conventions, without prior registration formalities. Any infringement is subject to prosecution in the country where it is found.

Design and Creation Protection

Studio Youenn B. creates works in multiple design fields, each benefiting from specific legal protection:

• Graphic design: logos, visual identities, illustrations, layouts — protected by copyright (L.112-2 of the French IPC)
• Object/product design: shapes, volumes, ornaments — protected as designs and models (L.511-1 of the French IPC) and/or works of applied arts
• Space design: scenography, layouts, installations — protected as architectural works or works of art
• Architectural design: projects, renders, perspectives — protected as architectural works (L.112-2, 7° of the French IPC)
• Animation and motion design: protected audiovisual works (L.112-2, 6° of the French IPC)
• 3D renders and imagery: protected graphic and photographic works (L.112-2, 9° of the French IPC)

Protection applies regardless of the medium of fixation or distribution: digital, print, audiovisual, web, exhibition, etc.

Client Rights

Some creations presented in this portfolio were produced for clients. Intellectual property rights to these works may belong, in whole or in part, to these clients in accordance with the rights transfer contracts established.

The presentation of these works on this site is done with the agreement of the clients concerned, for the purpose of demonstrating the expertise of Studio Youenn B.

Penalties

Violation of intellectual property rights and image rights exposes the perpetrator to penalties provided for by:

• The Intellectual Property Code: counterfeiting (Article L.335-2) - up to 3 years imprisonment and €300,000 fine
• The Penal Code: violation of privacy and image rights (Articles 226-1 et seq.)
• The Civil Code: civil liability and damages (Articles 1240 et seq.)
